Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, organisation (if you choose to provide it), selected service and enquiry message. Your message may include information you voluntarily provide about your organisation's AI priorities, governance needs or diagnostic requirements. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the form.

When you visit the website, normal technical information may be processed through the hosting infrastructure, including IP address, browser and device information, and server or request logs.

How we use information

We may use information to:

• respond to enquiries and understand the help you need;
• communicate about potential Axiom services;
• take steps you request before a possible engagement;
• operate, secure and maintain the website; and
• meet legal or regulatory obligations where necessary.

Our lawful bases

For ordinary business enquiries, we may rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and developing business relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards an agreement, processing may also be necessary to take those steps before entering into a contract. Service providers and sharing

We use Vercel to host and deploy this website. Enquiries are transmitted from the website through the existing SpaceMail / Spaceship business email service. Nodemailer is used in the website's server code to connect to that email service; it is not an additional data-processing provider. We do not use a database, analytics platform or separate form-processing service for the enquiry form.

We do not disclose personal information unnecessarily. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website, communications and business infrastructure where this is needed for those purposes.

International processing

Our service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Their own privacy information describes their processing arrangements. This notice does not claim that a particular international-transfer mechanism applies to every use of those services.

Retention

Axiom retains enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or securely disposed of.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form where applicable. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights or other marketing or analytics tracking in the application.

The design preview uses session storage only to remember that its brief opening brand reveal has been shown during the current browser session. This is a functional preference; it is not used to track you across websites or build a profile. No cookie banner is used because the application does not set non-essential tracking cookies or equivalent storage.

Security

Axiom takes reasonable measures to protect information handled through its website and business systems. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
